A&D Environmental was founded on the principle of providing quality industrial services at fair and reasonable prices. As our company continues to grow and new service lines are added, we have not faltered from this original concept. The industrial service market is still the core of our base business and has been a mainstay in our growth process. We now offer a wide range of services that fills the need for any industrial application. We have immense pride in the fact that many of the companies that entrusted us in 1992 are still using us today when industrial needs arise.

An overview of selected services is as follows:

Tank Cleaning / Decontamination

A&D Environmental performs storage tank cleaning services on a daily basis. Our field staff has the training required for confined space entry projects as well the knowledge and experience for high pressure hydro-blasting. We work within our clients schedule and custom-fit the services to the specific cleaning need. Whether the tank system requires a change of product, periodic cleaning, maintenance or closure, we can develop a methodology to achieve the desired cleanliness standard. In the event the tank cannot be entered, we offer remote tank cleaning services using a three-dimensional, high pressure, cleaning tool. The tools’ rotating spray jets effectively remove residual material as it is systematically lowered into the tank interior.

Piping Cleaning

A&D Environmental utilizes a roto-jet, line-mole system to clean the interior of process piping. This self-propelled tool is introduced into the piping at the point of clean-outs, breaks or unions. High pressure water serves as a cleaning medium as the unit traverses the entire length of piping. This method is effective for cleaning a wide range of piping sizes ranging from 2” to 36” diameter, regardless of overall length.

Facility Decontamination

A&D Environmental has performed numerous projects involving the interior/exterior decontamination of buildings and associated process equipment. The services are typically required as part of scheduled maintenance, surface preparation, facility closure or clean-ups due to material releases. We offer wet decontamination services requiring high pressure hydroblasting. Dry decontamination options involve mechanical removal of contaminants in conjunction with the use of Super-Sucker vacuum trucks and portable vacuum units for material collection. Specialized chemical cleaning of heat exchangers, boilers or process piping may be the preferred method in certain circumstances.
