A&D Environmental offers a wide variety of waste management options specifically tailored to meet individual client needs:

Waste Minimization

This critical first step in reducing overall project costs is often times overlooked by other environmental contractors. A&D Environmental has developed a proven track record of working in unison with generators to minimize the quantity of waste materials requiring off-site disposal. Our team of professionals routinely performs facility inspections and develops waste management guidelines based on individual client needs. The guidelines place specific emphasis on the proper classification, segregation and containerization of waste materials. In many cases, the generator realizes a significant reduction in the amount of waste materials requiring disposal. Waste minimization procedures are also utilized by A&D Environmental during project specific operations.

Waste Identification / Characterization

A&D Environmental personnel are trained and experienced in the identification of unknown waste materials. Donned in the appropriate level of personal protective equipment (PPE), A&D Environmental can perform field-identification of the waste or collect representative samples for submittal to an independent laboratory for analyses. Characterization of the waste is based upon review and evaluation of data obtained from the sampling event.

Waste Transportation

A&D Environmental is a licensed hazardous waste transporter. Our company-owned fleet of vacuum trucks, vacuum trailers, box vans and dump trailers are perfectly suited to meet any bulk or small quantity waste requirement. We offer loading and transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous liquids, solids, sludges or soils.

Waste Disposal

Our centrally located facility outside High Point, NC is fully equipped for liquid fuel blending, the physical separation of wastewaters, bulk stabilization and solidification of non-hazardous sludges and solids. On-site bulk storage tankage capacity of 202,000 gallons allows segregation of wastes and increased treatment efficiency. The facility also allows us to offer complete and comprehensive cleaning of tanks, tankers, trailers, drums and tote tanks.
