Archdale, NC – A&D Environmental Services, Inc. (A&D), an industrial services and waste management company,
announced today the acquisition of two operating facilities that will expand the company’s waste management
capabilities and geographical reach. The facilities, which were previously owned and operated by Advanced
Environmental Options, Inc., are located in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and Mooresboro, North Carolina.
At the newly acquired locations, A&D will continue to offer a full range of industrial and waste management services, including wastewater treatment, solidification of non-hazardous waste, industrial site services, site remediation and restoration, emergency response, recycling, and 10-day transfer facility service.
“The acquisition of these two facilities marks significant progress towards accomplishing A&D’s goals for continued growth and diversification,” said Graeme Manning, President and CEO of A&D. “These new locations expand A&D’s
geographical footprint and infrastructure, enabling A&D to provide comprehensive services to its customers throughout the southeastern states.”
Manning noted that the organization is excited for the opportunity to service both existing and new customers in the region. He anticipates accepting waste for treatment shortly, following the completion of renovations at both facilities to meet A&D’s growth strategy.
